These are the terms and conditions on which ishipping offers the courier service to you. By using this service, you accept these terms and agree that:
1. You will provide accurate item measurements to ishipping. Under-ticketed parcels will be charged the difference between the correct chargeable weight and the ticketed weight, plus an administration fee of $5.50 excluding GST.
2. If you leave an item unattended, ishipping and the Carriers have no liability for any loss or damage to the item until the Carriers have applied an electronic scan to the item to indicate the item has been accepted into the Carrier’s network.
5. Ishipping may release your name, address and phone number to Carriers to facilitate delivery.
6. We reserve the right to impose additional charges on you for any goods that do not carry the required payment identification (tickets and/or type) where we have measured and weighed such goods to determine the correct payment required.
7. We also retain the right to impose charges on you to recover any fines or additional costs as a result of you sending Unsuitable Items (in particular any Dangerous Goods) without our consent or knowledge via the ishipping service.
