Packaging Guidelines

You do not need professional packing materials or brand-new boxes. You may reuse sturdy cardboard boxes, shoeboxes, thick plastic bags, or cloth bags. However, please ensure that the contents are secure and will not fall out during transit.

If your shipment includes fragile items, be sure to add protective padding so the parcel can withstand a 1.2-meter drop impact.

Note: If damage occurs due to inadequate packaging, compensation claims may be affected.

For full instructions, see the official Packaging Guide.

Shipping Electronic Items with Batteries (International)

  • Only built-in (non-removable) batteries are allowed in international shipments.
  • Each parcel may contain only one battery-powered device.
  • Items like AirPods (which include 3 batteries) are not eligible for shipping.

Additional Packing Tips

  • Choose strong and appropriately sized boxes.
  • Fill any gaps inside to avoid internal movement.
  • Securely seal boxes with tape to prevent contents from spilling if damaged.
  • Avoid overstuffed boxes to reduce dimensional weight charges.

Proper packaging reduces damage risk and ensures faster claims processing—please pack responsibly.
