    Q: How long does delivery take with NZPost?
    A:

    • Same island: Next working day after pickup

    • Inter-island: Within 3 working days, or next working day with extra charge

    • Rural areas: Add 2–3 working days

    Q: How long does delivery take with Aramex?
    A:

    • Same island: 1–3 working days after pickup

    • Inter-island: Around 3 working days

    • Rural areas: Add 1–2 working days


    🏠 Pickup & Address

    Q: Can I book a pickup from an address different from mine?
    A:
    Yes, both NZPost and Aramex allow pickups from any address in New Zealand (non-rural only for Aramex).

    Q: What if the address I want isn't in the dropdown list?
    A:
    Start typing the address manually — the system will auto-suggest matching entries.
    Avoid copy-pasting full addresses to prevent formatting issues.

    📦 Packaging & Labels

    Q: How should I pack my parcel?
    A:

    • Professional packaging is not required

    • Make sure nothing can fall out during transport

    • Fragile items must be protected

    • Parcels must withstand a 1.2-meter drop

    Q: Will the courier help me pack or weigh the parcel?
    A:
    No. Couriers do not assist with packing, weighing, or labeling. Please have your parcel fully prepared in advance.

    Q: Do I need to print the courier label?
    A:

    • Yes, please print and attach the label using a regular or thermal printer

    • If printing is not possible, write the receiver’s address clearly on the parcel and select NZPost's Freight Forward service (only for custom packaging; extra fee applies). The courier will print and attach the label.

    Q: Will the courier call me before arriving?
    A:
    Normally not.
    Please leave the parcel in a safe and visible location. Include special pickup notes when placing the order.

    Q: Do you pick up on weekends or public holidays?
    A:
    No, both couriers operate on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).

    Q: What if I’m not at home during pickup?
    A:

    • Leave the parcel in a secure, visible place with clear pickup instructions

    • Or drop it off at a nearby NZPost or Aramex depot


    ⏱ Pickup Timing & Follow-Up

    Q: When will my parcel be picked up?
    A:

    • Orders before 12pm: Usually same-day pickup

    • Orders after 12pm: Next working day

    • Rural addresses: Allow up to 3 extra working days

    Q: Will the courier open my parcel on pickup?
    A:
    No, couriers respect your privacy and won’t open your parcel.
    However, you are fully responsible for the contents and packaging condition.

    A:

    NZPost:

    • Max volume: 0.125 m³

    • Max length: 1.5 meters

    • Max weight: 25 kg

    Aramex:

    • Max length: 2.4 meters (1.5m for rural areas)

    • Max weight: 25 kg
