📍 Delivery & Customs Duty

Q: How long does international delivery usually take?
DHL: 3–5 working days to most countries worldwide; NZ Post/Aramex: 2–4 weeks.
Please note that delays may occur due to flight disruptions, customs inspections, etc.
Q: Which is used to calculate the shipping cost: volumetric or actual weight?
Shipping is charged based on whichever is greater between volumetric and actual weight. Volumetric weight formula: Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ 5000.

No. According to international convention, customs duties are borne by the recipient. Customs will contact the recipient directly for payment.

Please contact the local courier or customs office in the destination country for assistance.
Q: Is there a value limit for international parcels?
If a personal parcel sent overseas exceeds NZ$1000, a Customs Client Code is required. Each country has its own value limit (e.g., CNY ¥1000 for China, AU$1000 for Australia).

📍 Prohibited and Restricted Items

Q: Can I send items with batteries?
Only devices with non-removable built-in batteries (like iPhones, MacBooks) are allowed. Removable batteries are not allowed (e.g., spare camera batteries must be discarded). Items with batteries must be sent via DHL, with a maximum of one battery unit per package (e.g., AirPods with multiple batteries are not allowed).
Q: Can I send food or health supplements?
There are no special restrictions for outbound shipments from New Zealand, but please make sure the destination country's customs allow it. If returned or destroyed due to policy, the cost will be borne by you.
