User Registration Agreement

This agreement is a contract between you and iShipping New Zealand regarding logistics services and other related matters. It applies to your use of iShipping services provided via the internet, including all current and future service formats.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 All online services provided by iShipping New Zealand are owned and operated by iShipping. You must agree to all terms and complete registration to become a formal user.

1.2 Once registered, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to independently bear responsibility for using iShipping’s services.

1.3 iShipping reserves the right to deny service, close accounts, remove content, or cancel orders. Users who violate laws, this agreement, or platform rules may have their accounts suspended or terminated at iShipping's discretion.

1.4 Due to rapid technological development, this agreement cannot list all your rights and obligations. Additional platform rules shall be deemed supplemental agreements with equal legal force.

2. Services Provided

iShipping provides logistics services via the internet. Only users who accept this agreement and platform rules may access these services.

3. Account Registration, Use, Management, and Cancellation

3.1 You must register with true, accurate, complete, and legal information. Update it promptly if changed. Failure to do so may result in liability and service termination.

3.2 You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. Your account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, gifted, or inherited.

3.3 If required by law, iShipping may verify your information. You must cooperate and provide up-to-date and valid details.

3.4 If your contact fails, or information is false or unverifiable, you will bear all resulting consequences. iShipping may request updates or suspend services.

3.5 Keep your password secure. Loss caused by disclosure, hacking, or fraud is not iShipping’s responsibility.

3.6 iShipping may access your account to preserve legal evidence if necessary.

3.7 You may request account cancellation. However, your data may remain in the backend for legal retention (e.g. up to 3 years). Cancellation is subject to:

• No unresolved disputes or complaints
• No account restrictions or active violations
• No ongoing orders or services
• Unlinked from other platforms or apps

Once canceled, the account and its data cannot be recovered.

4. User Conduct

You must comply with laws, uphold public interest and ethics, and avoid illegal or disruptive behavior when using the service. Any violations are your responsibility.

5. Information Protection and Authorization

5.1 iShipping values your privacy and protects user information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

5.2 You warrant that all information you publish is lawful and does not contain:

• Illegal content or violations of laws and regulations
• Political propaganda, superstition, pornography, gambling, violence, or criminal incitement
• Fraud, falsehoods, misleading or inaccurate claims
• Infringement on IP rights or business secrets
• Defamation, harassment, or invasion of privacy
• Viruses or malware that harm platform operations or data
• Anything violating public interest or platform rules

5.3 You authorize iShipping to share your account and service information with other related service providers for operational needs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Unless explicitly stated, all content and services on this platform are provided “as is.” iShipping disclaims any warranties, express or implied. In case of system failures or loss due to force majeure, we will assist as reasonably possible.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Force majeure includes natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, legal changes, and other unforeseen events beyond control.

7.2 Service interruption due to force majeure is not a breach of this agreement.

7.3 Affected parties must notify the other party and provide official documentation if available, and mitigate losses to the best extent possible.

8. Agreement Updates

8.1 iShipping may update this agreement due to legal or operational reasons. The updated version becomes effective upon publication. Continued use implies acceptance.

8.2 If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

8.3 If a separate written agreement exists, it takes precedence over this agreement.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws (excluding conflict of law rules). Disputes will first be resolved through consultation, or otherwise via litigation in the court of iShipping’s business location.

10. Final Provisions

iShipping respects user rights. This agreement aims to offer better service and welcomes public feedback for future improvements.
